PS Series: Ultra-Resilient Rollers for Heavy and Extreme Load Handling in Harsh Conditions

The PS series is comprised of idle or driven rollers for the handling of heavy or extremely heavy loads.
Their build allows them to be used both indoors and outdoors, in normal, dusty, contaminated and/or damp conditions.
They are made entirely in steel, and have evolved from the bulk handling sector (PSV series), rapidly finding application in all industrial transportation systems involving extremely heavy loads.
The bearing housing, calibrated for ISO M7, are welded to the end of the tube, forming a solid structure known as UNIBLOC. The rigid radial ball bearings used are from the 6204-6205-6206-6308 series, and are permanently lubricated.
Ball-bearing lubrication is provided by an internal guard that contains the suitable amount of grease, and by an external multiple centrifugal labyrinth seal. For the PS series, this labyrinth solution, constructed in anti-corrosion thermoplastic material, has been applied for contactless operation.
The shaft is in steel, generally with threaded holes for screw fixing or alternatively milled for wrench fixing.
Extremely sturdy, balanced, coaxial, minimum resistance on start-up and long-term reliability are the distinguishing characteristics of this series.
