Integrity and sustainability in everything we do

The Rulmeca Group’s Code of Ethics represents a collection of clauses and principles that guide corporate behaviour, with the aim of promoting good practice and governing the company’s activities, as well as guiding daily actions both within the organisation and in relations with clients, suppliers, competitors, public authorities and third parties.
The members of the Rulmeca Group undertake to comply with the Code of Ethics, and no action, even if performed in the interest of Rulmeca, may justify conduct contrary to the law or the Code of Ethics itself.
Rulmeca is sensitive to the customs and cultural practices of the countries in which it operates, but in the event of a conflict between said customs and the Code of Ethics, employees must promote the values set out by the Code of Ethics.
This Code of Ethics is not intended to replace any local laws or regulations, nor does it take precedence over them.
