This tool has been created to allow anyone to report illicit conduct safely and confidentially, in accordance with European regulations, specifically EU Directive (EU) 2019/1937. The channel is exclusively intended for reporting crimes and behaviors that do not comply with our Code of Ethics, ensuring maximum protection for whistleblowers.
Please note that the channel does not cover personal disputes or issues related to employment relationships with direct supervisors. Additionally, this platform does not replace other public reporting channels provided by the regulations of the various countries where Rulmeca Group operates.
