PS - KX/NX Driven rollers with crown sprockets for heavy loads

The PS/Kx and PS/Nx versions offer driven steel rollers with single or double crown sprockets welded directly to the shell.
The increased external diameter in comparison to pinion versions is compensated by the possibility to reduce the size of the chain used for the same application, thanks to the favourable drive ratio.
This series is intended for use at room temperatures of between -20°C and +100°C; other operating temperatures are admissible, subject to verification of the conditions of use.
The maximum admissible speed depends on the load applied to each roller.

Materials

Tube: steel (unfinished or galvanised), stainless steel.
End caps: steel (unfinished or galvanised), stainless steel, 62xx and 63xx series rigid radial ball bearings, plastic.
Shaft: steel (unfinished or galvanised), stainless steel.
Other finishes are available on request.
