117 HN & HS Silent rollers
add to Fast quotation

The HN version of the 117 rollers offers the main characteristics of the standard version.

These are extremely versatile rollers, with an antistatic construction as standard, and with dedicated-shaped spring-loaded pins.

The most common tube construction is in steel: standard, galvanised or stainless.

The galvanised pins, truncated and conical in shape with a hexagonal section, which can be compressed on both ends, eliminate any play once fitted to the frame.

The shape of the end caps (common throughout the series), the accurate coupling and the type of bearing used, all render these rollers particularly sturdy, offering excellent performance in applications requiring tangential belts for drive transmission.

This series is intended for use in temperatures of between -5°C and +80°C. Lower minimum temperatures are admissible, subject to verification of the conditions of use.

Materials

Tube: steel (unfinished or galvanised), stainless steel.

End caps: PA (RAL 9005) and PP (RAL 1023), 600x-2RZ series ball bearings (standard or stainless). Galvanised steel.

Shaft: steel.

Other materials and/or finishes are available on request.

The HS version of the 117 rollers offers the main characteristics of the standard version.

These extremely versatile rollers are similar to the HN version, with an antistatic construction as standard, characterised by spring-loaded pins and internal soundproofing that renders them extremely silent.

Optional

Double rollers

Double rollers are a type of conveyor component used in material handling systems, consisting of two parallel rollers mounted on a single shaft. This design provides increased load-bearing capacity, enhanced stability, and smooth operation for the movement of materials. Double rollers are commonly employed in applications where higher strength or support is required, such as in heavy-duty conveyors, or for ensuring even distribution of material across the conveyor system. They are especially effective in preventing misalignment, reducing friction, and improving the overall efficiency and longevity of the conveyor system.

Optional

Double rollers + PVC covered rollers

Double rollers with PVC-covered rollers are commonly used in material handling systems, particularly in conveyor applications. These rollers consist of two parallel shafts, each mounted with a set of rollers, providing enhanced stability and support for the conveyed materials. The PVC covering on the rollers offers several benefits, including increased durability, improved grip, and reduced friction, making them ideal for handling various types of materials, including lightweight, fragile, or delicate products. The combination of double rollers and PVC covers ensures smooth and reliable operation, even in demanding environments, while minimizing wear and tear on both the rollers and the conveyed materials.

Optional

PVC covered rollers

Although not special, information on this design is given. The rough or zinc plated steel tube “N” or “Z and J” rollers with “D” values as per table, can be covered with a soft, elastic and smooth surface (hardness 73 ShA) grey colour (RAL 9006) PVC (Polyvinylchloride) plastic tube, particularly resistant to chemical agents. It is normally used to protect the roller surfaces and mostly to avoid scratching painted, enamelled, smooth, etc. load, and in some cases to increase friction. The PVC lagging is simply fitted on the tube with excellent coupling thanks to elastic tightening. Application temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C.

Optional

PVC covered rollers + Round belts transmission

PVC-covered rollers with round belt transmission are a common solution in material handling systems, offering an efficient method for conveying goods. The PVC-covered rollers are designed to provide smooth, durable surfaces that reduce friction and wear, ideal for handling a variety of materials, especially those requiring gentle handling or increased grip. The round belt transmission works by transmitting power through a flexible, round belt, which runs over these rollers, efficiently driving the conveyor system. This combination ensures quiet, low-maintenance operation, enhanced traction, and reliable performance in light to medium-duty applications, such as in food processing, packaging, and logistics. The system's simplicity and adaptability make it suitable for a wide range of conveyor configurations.

Optional

Rilsan coating

Rilsan coated: heat treatment based on Rilsan Polyamide powders of light grey colour, with particular resistance characteristics to chemical agents and wear

Optional

Round belts transmission

A round belt transmission is a type of mechanical drive system commonly used in material handling applications. It consists of a round, flexible belt that transmits power between pulleys, typically made from materials such as rubber, polyurethane, or elastomeric compounds. Round belts are often employed in conveyors, sorters, and other machinery where smooth and quiet operation is essential. The round profile ensures low friction, high efficiency, and the ability to work in compact spaces. These systems are known for their simplicity, ease of installation, and ability to handle moderate power transmission in light to medium-duty applications.
