Enhanced Support, Stability, and Belt Protection for Optimal Performance

Rollers featuring spaced rings are designed to enhance support and stability in the belt’s return section. These rollers are particularly effective where material adherence or belt wear issues are prevalent. The rubber rings can operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, effectively tackling the challenges posed by sticky materials that adhere to the belt. By preventing material buildup on the rollers, these spaced rings help maintain proper belt tracking and reduce the irregularities that can lead to belt wear and misalignment. Available in the following arrangements (G,L,C):

Arrangement G

Return rollers with pointed rings spaced in the central part and positioned in sets at the side. Used on belt conveyors of medium capacity.

Arrangement L

Return rollers used on belt conveyors in high duty plant. They are provided with sets of fl at rings, positioned at the roller extremities, and with pointed rings spaced in the central part of the roller.

Arrangement C

Return rollers for return transom sets of “V” design format with base rolllers from series PSV, with characteristic proportional dimensions to the requirements designed into large belt conveyors.

Solid Rubber Rings Fixation by Outer Steel Stop Ring Welded and Hard PVC Central Distance Rings

The rubber rings are securely fixed in place using an outer steel stop ring, which is welded to the roller shell, providing a stable and durable attachment. The welded steel stop ring ensures that the rubber rings stay firmly in position, preventing slippage or degradation over time. Additionally, the inclusion of hard PVC central distance rings provides precise spacing between the rubber rings, enhancing the roller’s stability and efficiency while ensuring that the roller operates smoothly and maintains its shape under heavy loads and high impact
