Spaced ring rollers are an ideal solution for supporting and sustaining the conveyor belt in its return section, particularly where material adhesion and belt wear are concerns. These rollers feature rubber rings that operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. The rings are designed to disrupt the accumulation of sticky materials, helping to prevent irregular buildup and maintain proper belt tracking. With pointed rings in the center and flat rings at the edges, these rollers support both the belt's central and edge areas, ensuring reliable performance even under challenging conditions.
