The KRO/VM, KRO/VA and KRO/VE versions are the most commonly used in handling items around bends.
All these rollers are driven with a pulley for flexible Poly-V belts, with 9 2.34-mm-pitch V-profile PJ-shaped grooves, ISO 9981 DIN 7867. The recommended belt version is with 2 ribs, which is particularly flexible.
Powered by an innovative drive system, ideal for creating bends for the transportation of light and medium-weight loads, these are also created by fitting truncated cone-shaped polypropylene sleeves to standard Ø 50 135-series rollers, with which they share their main characteristics.
In the KRO/VM version, a pulley is fitted to the smaller-diameter end (connected to the coupling end cap) and can be interchanged with all the other pulleys in the 135 series. This allows extensive freedom of choice with regard to drive type and management of bend sections on conveyors, even on completed systems.
The narrower end of the KRO/VA and KRO/VE versions has the pulley inserted directly into the end of the steel tube and then crowned, offering tight negative allowance.
This process, which offers a tighter fit than previous methods, maximises silent running and the sturdiness of the roller.
This series is intended for use at room temperatures of between 0°C and +50°C. Other temperatures are admissible, subject to verification of operating conditions.

• End caps and pinions: PA (RAL 9005) and PP (RAL 1023), 6002-2RZ-series ball bearings (standard or stainless).
