Versatile Guide Rollers for Optimized Conveyor Performance

In order to upgrade unit handling systems and optimize their performance, guide rollers for conveyors can be installed in pairs along the frame. They are versatile components able to fulfill different specific functions.

On one hand, guide rollers can be vertically installed for directional control of unit loads. If strategically placed along the conveyor path as containment sides, they can prevent lateral movement and potential loss of the transported items. On the other hand, as their name suggests, guide rollers for conveyors find application as belt guides. Keeping belt centering and alignment during material handling allows to avoid damages or losses of products, as well as costly downtimes. In addition, guide rollers may be installed horizontally as cantilevered units in particular conveyor systems, especially where space constraints or specific design requirements necessitate a compact and efficient solution. In this configuration, these components can be positioned at various heights and angles of the frame to provide further support and guidance to unit loads during loading, uploading and transportation.
